E & P Consulting offers additional services beyond assisting with the purchase of adjudicated property. We assist title companies, attornies, and individuals with curative title work.
We can help with deeds, small estate successions, and help access courthouse records.
ACT OF DONATION, CASH DEED or QUITCLAIM DEED
- Fill in the Blank Form - $50.00
- We Complete the Document - $100.00 Does not include notary work
- We Complete and Execute the Document - $200.00 Includes notary work and act of filing if desired, but does not include filing fees charged by the clerk of court.
SMALL ESTATE SUCCESSION AFFIDAVIT - $500.00
Includes worksheet, completion of document using information from worksheet, requesting death certificate if necessary, notary work and filing in courthouse if desired. Does not include fee for death certificate or filing fees charged by the courthouse.
*We encourage individuals to go to www.louisianaappleseed.org for a free do-it-yourself small
estate succession affidavit. Our services are best used in circumstances involving more complicated situations.
ACCESSING DEEDS and other FILED DOCUMENTS
$25 plus $1.00/page for a simple search in Ouachita Parish. Other Parishes may require an additional fee. Abstract - $150
*We can handle projects quickly keeping in mind the specific reason that you are requesting the
search. If your intent is to seek title insurance, we recommend that you hire a title agent for the
abstract and/or provide a title opinion. That is a more direct way to seek to acquire title insurance, but may take longer.
ADJUDICATED PROPERTY ADMINISTRATIVE FEE - $1,000.00

Abstracts for adjudicated property are included as part of the adjudication. Adjudication deeds
are non-warranty deeds. If you are or may be interested in seeking title insurance on an
adjudicated parcel in less than ten years from the date of purchase, we encourage you to order a title opinion for the property prior to sale. We are happy to use abstracts and opinions from title agents for the adjudicated notification and affidavit process in order to satisfy a particular title insurance company. Title Curative Work is handled through Escamilla & Poneck, LLP. We are happy to discuss your title curative needs.
